My mom kept mute as I countinue slicing the vegetables.

Such is life!

Lieing to my mom is never what I bargain for, but look at it.

"Romina!"my mom called coming to me.

She hold my hand and stared keenly into my face.

"Romina you are not telling me the truth huh!I can feel it, something is not right!"she said and I removed her hands from mine.

How will I tell her what am passing through.

"Mom please let me prepare th.....!"my voice was cut short when I saw Becca walking to the direction of the kitchen.

My heart skipped a bit.

"Mom please you have to start going, don't worry I will call you later!"I said to her in a husky voice as I tried to convince her to leave but just before she would agree Becca walked in.

"Wow!who do we have here!"she beamed from the door.

"Romina you didn't tell us that your mom will be visiting today!huh! very bad of you Romina!"she said in a mockery tone.
