June POV

" June". His voice rechoed again, this time increasing his voice.

I felt a wave of shock wash over me. Was it really him?

I hesitated for a moment, wondering if he would even recognize my voice.

"Hello?" he said again, his deep baritone voice sending a shiver down my spine.

Geez, I don't know what to say. This is the third time,and saying out my frustration was hell.

I took in deep breath and stammered out my introduction.

"Sir, it's... it's me, June."

There was a pause on the other end of the line, and I felt my heart sank.

Huh? Not talking? I said it!!! Holy christ,I just need your help.

I tried calming myself,but the flow from my eyes increased that. I was almost at the edge of calling off the call when I heard a voice.

But then, his voice came back, calm and collected.

"I know it's you, June. What do you want?"

His words sent a shiver down my spine. I felt my voice trembling with fear as I tried to speak.
