POVWe ended up somewhere that looked like a rugged, old town. It wasn't our town, mainly because it was deserted and way too small. I wanted to leave this place, but when I saw a store nearby I had to practically beg Caden to stop there.
The shopkeeper was kind enough to lend his phone charger for Caden's phone and I was more than thankful to find a chair to sit down on.
"Thank you for letting us stay." I directed a small, grateful smile towards the shopkeeper as Caden walked inside the shop.

Skylar's POVI spent the next few hours wandering around the abandoned house. I made sure to walk into every single corner in the house, admiring the old fashioned architecture and the antique tapestries. It was beautiful in a way. I didn't really see Caden around though, except when I went back to the lounge again.
