Chapter 16: Rogues Attack

The birthday didn't end well but here we were in our room, chilling on our bed until I spoke.

"Ivan, will you go on a date with me?" I asked Ivan as the whole chaos ended after we put out the fire.

"Of course. Now, where's my birthday gift?" He asked, smiling lovingly as he stretched his hands out to me.

"Um... that was your birthday gift."

His hands fell back, scowling at me, "What a nice gift. Can't wait to open it, eat it, or use it."

"The date is the best birthday gift! What else does he want!?"

I ignored Eclipse, sitting beside Ivan on the bed. "Do you want anything particular as a gift?"

"Well...It's you who I want more than anything else." He said, smirking as a blush crept on my cheeks. Okay, that was too straight-forward.
