I arrived at the café after lunch and saw everyone busy inside. The café is jam-packed as usual. There is not an empty table in sight. I carefully opened the door at the staff entrance and went straight to my post. I saw Sam busy arranging the available desserts. I greet him.
“Hello, Sam! How is it going here?” I ask.
Sam looks at me and answers, “Oh, hyung. You’re here. Everything’s okay. Yosef-hyung assigned me here. The customers are missing your creations.”
“Really? It’s not a day yet that I’m gone.” I chuckled and removed my jacket to change into my Polaris’ uniform. After changing, I proceed to prepare the ingredients to bake.
