64. PINKPRINT

There was a party going on in the Carrusel when Christian dragged her in the club.

The club is electric tonight, everyone feeding off of the smiles and fast dancing. The music was as loud as thunder; it made the cutlery on the tabletops rattle. Neon lights flashed everywhere like police sirens, but much more colourful.

"Let's go back, Christian. It's late and you're drunk," she said, a worried expression on her face when he put his finger on her lips, "I can't hear ya! And please don't talk."

With that, he grabbed her hand and both of them walked to the bar and he ordered whiskey for them, she didn't want to drink and she did what she could to say no but he was too stubborn to understand.

He handed her the glass and asked, "Do you trust me?" and she didn't reply, pausing for a second, then with rolling eyes, she took the glass from him and took a large sip of the drink.

She was lost in the club around those people, with the music so loud, her inner part
