Katie's POV

“I know a way,” Shedrack said, looking at Roman. They did their thing again, communicating with their eyes until Roman groaned.

“It’s my birthday this weekend, we could use it for a getaway excuse and that's it!” He snaps in Shedrack's direction.

I butt in, “Okay, so Roman got a birthday he doesn't want to celebrate but Shedrack isn't giving up, but Roman is willing to use it as an excuse for us all to get away to this Monaco destination that is NOT in Europe. Okay! Did everybody get that??”

And by everybody, I looked from Ryan to Jessica who stood unnecessarily far apart from each other.
