26. Willow: Dinner At His Place.

I cuddled my mother on her ward bed, she was asleep when I went visiting and was on saline. I was happy she would be discharged today. As I slept on the same bed with her, different thoughts ran through my head.

My mother was lovely, but I regret that I didn't reveal to her what Simon tried with me when I was little. If she knew, there was no way she'd try reconciling with him and we would have left the house a long time ago.

There was no reason for my mother to allow Simon to come to visit her at the ward such that they even kissed, but my mum was so messy with the things of the heart.

I was sometimes like my mother, making stupid decisions from the heart…like trying to sleep with Peter who was about to get married to Penny. I hoped Penny wouldn't find out about my actions. She had hurt me, but I wanted to avoid hurting her in revenge. I just wanted to let it go.
