27: Willow: Replacement

Willow's Pov

A pretty girl with a huge smile opened the door for us when Carlos knocked.

"Oh my…welcome" She grabbed my mother's bag and ushered her in. I turned to look at Carlos and frowned. He was right. He had brought a replacement. How could he do that? How could Luca accept that? I already told him I was going to resume tomorrow.

Wait, was it George who convinced him that I was still going to work at Juggy? Or it was Carlos who forcefully made him accept someone else.

I walked into Luca's huge living room and towards the dining table. Luca was already seated and the table was set with lots of mouthwatering dishes. My mood has changed seeing the new lady. She pulled out a seat for my mother who sat warmly.

"Your house is so beautiful, Luca," My mother said. Luca flashed a smile.

"Thank you, Mrs Reid." He responded. "Is everything okay, Willow?" He suddenly turned over to my side. My heart skipped for a moment as he threw the question, but remembering it was easier to scent my f
