LOGINChapter 3
Raven's Pov
The moment I stepped into the Den, I knew I had made a mistake. The place was shrouded in darkness, like a void swallowing everything whole. A thick, sickening stench of blood invaded my nostrils, making my stomach churn. My instincts screamed at me to turn around and leave, but something inside me pushed forward.
The wailing, the sobbing I had heard moments ago had stopped. Now, there was nothing but silence. A dreadful, suffocating silence that made my skin prickle. My throat tightened and my fingers curled into fists as I forced my feet to keep moving.
Then I saw them.
Four women lay sprawled across the marble floor, their bodies were lifeless, their necks slit open like cattle in a slaughterhouse. Their blood soaked the ground, pooling around them like a horrific piece of art and my entire body went numb as my mind was unable to process the nightmare before me.
One of the women twitched and her lips moved as if she wanted to speak. I saw her fingers tremble, as she lifted it up just enough to signal one thing to me—run!
A choked gasp escaped my lips and before I could stop myself, I screamed.
The sound shattered the silence, echoing against the glass walls of the Den. My breath hitched as I stumbled backward and my shaking hands gripped the edges of my skirt. This isn’t real. This can’t be real right ?
It was fucking real.
Something loomed behind me with a cold and suffocating presence. Before I could react and run, I slammed into a solid figure and my back collided with something cold and unmoving. A scent of smoke, blood, and something dark intoxicating filled my senses. My body was too tense and my instincts were screaming at me to not turn around.
But I did and that was the second mistake I made that night.
My gaze lifted to meet four sets of blood-red eyes, glowing in the dim light like burning embers. They weren’t human. They were beautiful in the most terrifying way possible with sharp cheekbones, perfect lips, a skin so pale it looked like it had never seen sunlight. They were dressed in dark, elegant shirts and the fabric hugged their powerful forms like second skin.
The one standing directly in front of me tilted his head, his red gaze burning into mine with an expression I couldn’t decipher. Curiosity? Amusement? Hunger?
I didn’t wait to find out.
Survival instincts kicked in, and I ran.
I barely registered the sound of my own heartbeat thundering in my ears as I bolted. My feet carried me toward the nearest exit, a tall window at the far end of the Den. Without thinking, I lunged.
The glass shattered as I crashed through it, a sharp sting slashed across my arm from the impact but I didn't want to tell it, I hit the ground hard, rolling onto the cold pavement and Ignored the pain, I scrambled to my feet and sprinted toward the school gates where my car was waiting.
“Drive,” I choked out as I threw myself inside.
The driver turned, startled. “Miss Raven, what—?”
“I said drive!” I shrieked, my voice raw with panic. “Now please.”
He didn’t ask any more questions as the tires screeched against the pavement while we sped off, leaving the school and the four monsters inside that cursed Den behind.
I stormed into the mansion, ignoring my mother and Devereux as they called after me. My hands were still shaking as I ran to my room, slamming the door shut behind me. God! My breathing was ragged, my chest kept rising and falling rapidly as I tried to process what I had just seen.
They killed them.
They killed those women.
Who were they? Because they were NOT human. I buried my face in my hands, squeezing my eyes shut, but the images wouldn’t leave my mind. The blood, The red eyes and the way they looked at me like I was their next meal.
I didn’t know how long I sat there, my body trembled and my heart refused to calm down but suddenly, I heard a voice.
A Soft, mocking voice that echoed in my room.
“So, you’re the new bratty stepsister.”
My eyes flew open. I whipped around so fast my head spun. Four figures stood in the middle of my room, their presence was overwhelming and suffocating. They were here, they were in my room!
The second one clicked his tongue. “She’s tiny,” he mused, his red eyes glinting with amusement. “But brave. Brave enough to step into our Den.”
The third one let out a low chuckle, his gaze sliding lazily down my body. “I wonder how delicious her blood would taste.”
The fourth one stepped forward with his smirk dripping with malice. “You have no idea the hell you just walked into, little girl.”
My mouth went dry as my pulse pounded against my skin. This wasn’t happening to me, who the fuck are these men?
I grabbed the nearest thing I could find—a metal pole from the nightstand, and pointed it at them. “S-Stay back!” I stammered.
Deed rich Laughter erupted from their throat. It was so Dark and Cold.
They weren’t scared nor were they remotely concerned. They just looked at me like I was a joke.
“You’re in our house,” one of them said, his voice laced with amusement. “In our mother’s room. And you entered our fucking Den at school. Who the fuck do you think you are Minx?”
Another took a step closer, his gaze locked on my throat. “You’re trembling, Raven.”
I swallowed hard and cursed,Of course, I was trembling. I backed away but the second I did, one of them moved. So fast, Too fast like a blur.
A hand fisted my hair, yanking me back against a hard chest. A sharp gasp escaped my lips as my fingers clawed at his hold.
“Let go of me!” I shouted.
The third one hummed as his fingers trailed down the hem of my school skirt. “She needs to be taught a lesson.”
I froze.
A rough grip flipped me around, forcing me to face them. My breath hitched when I saw the sharp fangs glinting in the dim light.
Vampires.
Jesus Christ! What's this place, where am I crying out loud?
The fourth one smirked, dragging his fingers down my neck. “You smell divine.”
I should’ve been scared. I was scared. But deep down, beneath the fear, something else lurked, something dark and unfamiliar.
One of them grabbed my hips, pressing me against him. “Maybe she likes being watched,” he whispered, pinching my nipples hard through the fabric of my bra. Pain, shock, liquid flowed down to my region. I gasped so hard that I felt asthmatic.
The third one tilted his head, his eyes flashing with hunger. “Maybe she likes being owned. What do you think Cassian” The one with blonde hair asked tauntingly, cupping my ass from behind and I trembled.
What is this?
God, why does it look like my body is enjoying this sickening thing?
“Get your hands off me!” I trembled but it was as if I didn't exist.
I barely had time to react before a sharp sting shot through my body. One of them had yanked my school skirt up, and the other ripped my lace panties, his fingers grazing my bare skin.
“What the hell are you –”
A hard smack landed on my ass.
I gasped, my entire body jerking from the impact.
Oh my God, raw pain spreads on my ass cheeks and was quickly replaced with need, pleasure, no fuck me! This is stupid.
Heat spread through my face as humiliation burned deep in my stomach. Another sharp slap followed, harder this time, sending a jolt up my spine. I turned to the third brother and he smirked, rubbing my ass softly at first, watching it jiggle before a loud slap echoed.
I screamed in pain, wanted, needed more, I didn't even know because I was so messed up.
“Fuck look at this Elias, she's wet already!” Another deep voice whispered and before I could say anything to stop them, another smack landed on my ass cheeks again making my body jerk too hard and forward to slam into the one holding me that I felt his hard cock pushing through.
“Please..” I muffled a sob, letting the tears fall. “Stop please”
“She looks a little slut, fuck! Should we play with her pussy and bite her neck?” The one who seemed to be the youngest asked in excitement and I didn't know why my body liked that. This was sick but my pussy throbbed, wanting to see their faces as they touched me.
“Stop!” I choked out, my voice breaking. This was sick!
But they didn’t stop.
“As much as I'll love to bite this little thing right now, let's save it for tomorrow. She broke the rules already so a lot more worse is coming for her Caius.”
“Hmm, and Dad might get mad and lock us with his silly powers. Let's go. We'll be right back Step sister!” Cassian winked at me and that’s when I kne, I had stepped into something far darker than I ever imagined.
Elia's Pov Seeing her submit to us have never been hotter in my entire fucking life. I was hard than a rock, she was beautiful, fucking perfect with her tits begging for attention right her in the Kitchen.Dante moved, grasped her by her shoulders, and eased her down on Cassian Laps which could pass for a bed right now. She turned those wide, scared fucking eyes my way. Christ, if it didn’t excite me. My cock twitched, growing hard. I reached down and rubbed my hand along the heat, and her gaze followed the movement. “You liked this baby,” Dante urged, pulling her shorts down to stare at her pink pants which had a wet blotch. “I fucking liked it when you touched yourself for me and show me that pretty little pussy.” “Dante…stop.” She bit her lips, clearly affected by his words.“You want this to change between us…then submit to us Princess, give Cassian what he wants and he’ll protect you, all alone. We can all be o
Raven's POVTingles spread across my body like wildfire, starting from where Cassian's fingers traced careless, meaningless circles on my arms. We were supposed to be watching Caius cook, but I could barely focus on anything except the heat radiating from Cassian's body beneath me.I shifted slightly, trying to get more comfortable, and immediately regretted it when I felt his hardness press more firmly against me."I want to help," I said, my voice coming out breathier than I intended.Cassian's arms tightened around my waist, pinning me down on his lap. He rubbed his hardness against my ass, slow and deliberate, making me gasp. "Just enjoy the view, baby girl. The food is good, but the show is better."And God, he was right. Caius was shirtless except for an apron tied around his waist, his muscles rippling as he moved around the kitchen with practiced ease. He started seasoning the meat, his movements confident and sure."How
Raven's POVThey said I had special blood. The word echoed in my mind as I stared out the car window, watching the familiar streets of Velmora blur past. I never saw anything special in me back in New York. It was just me, Noah, Sophie, and my monster of a father who locked me in closets when the mood struck him. But here, in this place I was suddenly and slowly claiming as home, they saw me as something great.Something worth protecting. Something worth dying for.The thought should have terrified me, but instead, it made something warm unfurl in my chest.Unfortunately, there was no cooked pasta waiting for us at home, so they'd bought all the ingredients needed for cooking instead. I laughed, the sound bubbling up from somewhere deep inside me. "Who's going to do the cooking? Last time I checked, Cassian sent all the maids home and I'm way too tired to move."Dante grinned, his eyes sparkling with mischief. "Elias is a good cook. He le
Cassian's POVShe asked about the mating process, her voice soft and curious, those beautiful hazel eyes searching our faces for answers. But we couldn't tell her. Not yet. Not when everything was still so raw, so dangerous. The words stuck in my throat like broken glass.Friessa left quietly, sensing the tension that hung in the air like smoke. The silence that followed was heavy, "There's nothing to eat at home," I finally said, needing something practical to focus on. Something that wasn't the way Raven's lips parted when she was thinking, or how her skin seemed to glow in the dim light.“Right, I'm starving” She murmured and we drove to the mall first. I'd sent all the maids and chefs home earlier, I didn't want them witnessing the chaos that had become our lives. Rumors spread like wildfire in Velmora, and the last thing we needed was more attention on Raven. She was sitting on Dante's lap in the car, her fair skin display
Raven’s POVFew minutes ago….I knew Jerome sent them. All of them. The girls who used to smile at me in the halls, the boys who never looked my way, the ones who now dragged me by the arms, their eyes empty, their faces blank. I stumbled, my knees scraping the floor, but I didn’t cry. I wouldn’t give him that.I glared at him as he came closer, my voice shaking but loud. “Die, Jerome. Just die. Fuck off and leave me alone.”He smiled, slow and cruel. “I can’t. I’m obsessed with you, Raven. I hate how you look at them. I hate how Dante’s hands were all over you on the dining table. I should cut them off, you know. If you want to stay alive, you’ll do what I say. Stay away from them.”I spat at his feet. “Fuck off. My life is already hell, thanks to you. There’s nothing you can threaten me with. I’ll never stay away from the people who protect me. Who care for me.”He laughed, the sound echoing off the walls. “They don’t care abou
Dante’s POVIt was a damn good thing we could sniff her scent, or it would’ve been fucking impossible to find her. Raven said she needed to ease herself, and then—poof—she was gone. Just like that. My heart was pounding, my mind racing. How the hell does someone just disappear in a place crawling with vampires and overprotective brothers?Elias was the first to snap out of it. “We need to split up. Different directions. Now.”Caius nodded, already moving. “I’ll take the east wing.”Cassian’s jaw was tight. “I’ll check the courtyard.”But I didn’t move. I couldn’t. Something felt off. I ignored their shouts, their curses, and went back to the classroom. My gut told me to start there. The others followed, their footsteps echoing behind me.The lecturer walked in at that exact moment, her heels clicking on the tile. She barely glanced at us, already annoyed. “Take your seats. Class is starting.”I didn’t care. I grabbed the
Cassian’s POVMy room was crowded. I wanted to be alone, to think, to breathe, but my brothers just wouldn’t leave. They were sprawled everywhere—on the bed, on the floor, leaning against the wall. The air was thick with their voices, their energy, their stubbornness.“Can you all just go to your r
Jerome’s POVFor the first time in my locked, cursed life, I felt fulfilled. I could feel Raven’s blood pulsing inside me, mixing with my own, making me stronger, sharper, more alive than I’d ever been. The power was real. It was like a storm under my skin, and I wanted to laugh, to scream, to tear
Raven's PovHorror consumed me as I watched Dante crumple to the ground, his skin cracking and bleeding from the silver light and now it was Cassian. The sound he made…. that guttural scream of pure agony would haunt me forever. "Stop it!" I screamed at Jerome, struggling against his iron grip. "Y
Cassian's Pov I saw red!Blood fucking red as I watched Aunt Kira click her glass against the crystal flute. The delicate sound somehow cut through the ballroom chatter like a blade. Every head turned toward her, and my stomach dropped. My brothers tensed beside me. Damien's face went pale, while
