Sonorous sounds of thumping footsteps echoed in the training ground of the city lord’s manor.

All of the five hundred guards of the city lord manor, whether they are first class or the normal guards, are currently undergoing Samel’s nonstop cruel exercise that started at dawn.

It has only been two hours since then, and these guards are already sweating and gasping from the strenuous back and forth of sprinting, climbing and weight lifting around the field.

They are currently jogging around the entire training field as a form of break, which further deepened the plea of help hidden in their eyes.

It has been a long time since they experienced the hellish training of their young lord. And the last time was due to their young lord’s low mood with the first year anniversary of their former lord’s passing.
