Chapter 20
Iris found her mouth went dry. There wasn't a little amount of saliva left for her to gulp. His big mouth opened coming towards her and all she could do was to close her eyes. A fresh trail of tears appeared just by imagining her death in the hand of a wolf that too inside a luxurious room. The man standing near the window was no longer the man but a ferocious wolf who chose to hover over her. Iris kept on cursing herself for extending her hand to pat his head. It wasn't a dog that she would pat and he would be wagging his tail making a little purr sound. It was a big bad wolf whose one claw was enough to rip her heart open. What sort of a possessed person she did become a few minutes back to take such drastic steps she didn't know.

The next morning when Iris woke up she found herself lying in the same room wrapped in a sheet. Her eyes landed on the nightstand where the water jug was kept. Two days passed and all Iris did was to wake up finish her morning routine take a shower and went back to sleep after taking medicine.
