Alexander’s Pov
I try so hard to hold my laughter in – thankfully I do. I watch my little precious girl crying her eyes out as she buries her pet. Honestly speaking…I do feel my heart ache watching her hurt this much but I know it is something I have to do in order to make her mine. Once she is mine , nothing will ever harm her again.
The laughter I feel erupting at my throat is because of her little boy toy that sits next to her. He is trying so hard to find me , but he does not realize I am closer than he thinks. I sit crouched up in a bush , not to far from them. If he opens his eyes just a bit , he has clear view of me – however , he fails to do so as he is comforting my girl. I feel my resentment for him grow as I recall the way he carried her to the fountain – his hands holding her , having her against his hip as if she was his baby girl.

Rosemary’s Pov“I will eat later…” I say softly , offering him a smile. He exchanges a look with Xavier , but I do not stay for the lectures that I know is coming. Instead I walk to the entrance and sit on the floor in a crossed legged position – my eyes fixated on the fiery red flames that almost touches the sky. Unknown PovI stand in the safety of my own little hide away – a cave residing in a mountain. Most people will just pass by it , not even attempting to climb this death trap of a rock. Even if people did try to find me , they would not know where to look for I have many places like this one. Alexander’s PovPresent The sun begins to set – it’s once harsh rays now paint the sky with a colour so beautiful that even I would forgive it for it’s tormenting heat that it had shining down upon us for so many days and nights. I stand upon a hill , over looking to yet another kingdom I have conquered. I watch as my men in the distance , as they pour oil onto the kingdom’s walls – soaking everything around it as well. I felt especially thrilled when I see them leaving trails of oil around the ‘famous’ garden every one gawks over.After they are all done , they all travel as quick as can be to where the rest of us stand. The night sky is particularly beautiful today ; could it be that the heavens are rejoicing for their many new arrivals or could it be the calm before the storm? I take a deep breath , breathing in the various scents of disappointment , anger , death and smoke.
