Alpha Damien's POV:
The timing was just great.
I gripped the key to Catherine's room in my hand tight. To keep her safe, I will do anything I can, lie, and lock her up if I have to, even if that would mean I will break her trust.
I opened my mindlink and rushed into the woods.
"Drake, where the hell are you?"
"Boss, we're at the northwest side of the territory. They're getting close,"

Fury coursed through my veins once I saw her small frail body clamped to that small piece of furniture. My eyes traveled to her hands and feet. Her body was taking way too much pressure for a child.
