IRIS
Chapter 5: The Secret And Lies
I'm confused over the decision I'm about to make. I know nothing of this man. The only thing I knew about him was his name: CHARLES. The name, which I have been hearing and, most especially, I was able to learn how dangerous he was from people.
Which I finally experienced that day in the forest when he had to force me to make a terrible decision in my life. Which could turn out to be a blessing or a lesson.
But nevertheless, everything will end after five months of our marriage, which will count from the moment we leave this center pack where the marriage ritual was currently holding.
Hopefully, I will be free from him and wouldn't have to be with someone like him that rejects his mate.
I felt his hands clutching onto mine, and the next thing I saw was his lip devouring mine like his prey. I couldn't resist it even if I wanted to; my wolf couldn't resist it. She craves it.
Suddenly, I felt a sharp pain in my neck, causing me to wince in pain. He bit it. How could he mark me when I have not fully become his?
“Congratulations, Alpha Charles. May your home be blessed.” The priest congratulated him and placed the Alpha crown on his head, signifying it has been passed to him.
I was somehow happy for him because I knew how he fought to get here. We were escorted to our room, the happy smile which had been plastered on his face not leaving soon.
But my expression was the opposite. I was sad. Not because it was a contract marriage but because I've been told of how dangerous he was.
Having the opportunity to see him the last time before finally being escorted to my room, I decided to ask him this question.
“Alpha Charles!” His smile changed from the smiling one to its usual dark one, which scares me off.
At this moment, I was unable to say anything because I don't know how he will react if my question seems provoking.
“What do you have to say, Iris?” He asked me after a few seconds of silence and my brain still hasn't been able to coherently think.
His stare creeps me out; it makes me nervous and feel insecure.
“I…!”
“Since we're already married, why don't we divorce in ten days instead of the five months which seems long and forever.”
I was able to utter such words with my eyes closed and looking down. I can't seem to maintain eye contact with him.
Twenty seconds pass, and I haven't heard him speak. In curiosity, I opened my eyes to see what he was doing only for it to be welcome with a slap.
“You're really so dumb like I expected. How could you ask me such questions that are impossible?”
Tears flowed down my eyes rapidly as I watched him shouting at me.
“I'm sorry. I didn't mean to provoke you, sir.” I quickly apologize to him before anything goes wrong.
He called one of the maids who escorted me to my own personal room. The appearance of the room left me dumbfounded. It was a gigantic beautifully decorated room that can be used to make ten rooms of the one I was staying in the Crescent Moon Pack before.
The settings, decoration were all on point. The room was painted with my favorite color: BLUE. With a big Matrimonial bed that could contain fifteen people in the orphanage home where I first stayed as a child.
“Welcome, ma'am. I'm Esther, and I'm your personal maid who will assist you in anything you want.”
The lady who was old enough to be my elder sister spoke with a bow.
“Thank you so much, Esther; you can call me IRIS.”
“Okay, ma'am Iris. How can I help you?”
“Ohhh, fuck!” I let out such words inaudibly. Not comfortable with how she was addressing me.
“Grooooo.” My stomach rumbles in hunger, reminding me I haven't eaten today.
“Please, Esther, may I get some food to eat?”
“Yes, ma'am. Would you like to eat it here or for dinner?”
The word 'dinner' seems really strange to my ear. I have been hearing it but I've never used it or know what dinner looks like. I was anxious to know more about this dinner, so I told her to take me there.
My eyes dammed in surprise at the sight of the dinner and how beautiful it was. So far, one thing I've noticed about this Alpha house was always designed with the best material.
In four minutes, three different meals were prepared in front of me. Perceiving the scent of the food had already filled my nostrils, thereby quenching my hunger.
“Look who we have here.” A familiar voice spoke in, which belongs to Anders, Charles' younger brother.
I was already scared by his presence because I know how mean he was.
“Such an innocent girl. I really pity your life, Iris, for doing this dangerous business with him cause it wouldn't end well.”
“What do you mean, please?”
His words left me confused and lost.
“You should have made inquiries to find out about the kind of person he is and the dangerous business he does before doing this with him.”
I really don't think he's telling me the truth. Of course, he'll say anything just to spoil his brother since he doesn't like him.
“Unfortunately, I don't believe you. Why would I believe someone like you that conspires against his own brother?”
Confidently, I asked such questions while hoping it won't turn out to be that of Charles's response and reaction.
“If you really think I'm making this story up against him because I wanted to, why don't you check it by yourself?”
“You can just stand close to his door right now then listen. Hopefully, that should answer your questions.”
Instantly, he walked away. Nervous and anxious to confirm if he was telling me the truth, I gradually went to the door of his room and stayed there to listen to his conversation just like he had told me to.
“I have told you already. That man's life can only be saved if he can buy the antidotes which cost only ($5000) five thousand dollars. Either way, he loses his life.”
My eyes went dimmed opened. Too shocked to react. My lips were sealed with my teeth. Also stunned to react over what I just heard.
Lost and confused, while still trying to understand what the conversation he had with this person means, my hands mistakenly touched the doorknob which made it opened, revealing myself to him
IRIS Chapter 6: The torture My heartstrings turned unpleasant the moment our eyes locked with each other. I took a step back, trying to escape his grasp before he'll call my attention. “Iris!!!” He called my name fiercely, in a clattery tone. “I actually wanted to see if you were less busy so you could join me in the dinner”, with a shuddering voice, I stammered. Feeling scared of his next action. My heart beat continuously as his hands went down with the phone. He turned to look at me again signifying me to walk inside, through mime expression which I quickly understood. With Great anxiety, I watched him walking close to my direction as my body began to shake in fear. And abruptly, I felt his cold hands clutching onto mine. Caressing my face and boobs. “I'm sorry, sir. I swear I wasn't eavesdropping on you”, I had to defeat myself when I couldn't take the sweet sad pleasure that comes with his body gumming mine. Slowly, he grabbed hold of my boobs, and smelt it with hi
IRIS Chapter 7: The Beginning Of the brothers SagaI shake my head continuously as he gets closer to me. Signifying him to stop this madness he was about to display in front of me.Within some seconds, I was paralyzed by the pain the hot rod had brought to my body. I was frozen for a second before getting myself back with the second rod he placed in my ass. “Ahhhhhhh!!” I didn't know the time Such loud scream escaped my mouth. The pain, the hotness of the rod inflicts into my system like a wave of wire, causing me to be frozen for some second before regaining myself. “Now this is what you get when you put your head in a business that doesn't concern you”. Looking at him, he doesn't feel bad or sorry for what he's doing to me right now. He actually felt happy, like someone that had won an award I pondered how a human like him finds joy in torturing people. In depriving them of their happiness. As if he had noticed I was struggling to breathe,he finally removed the mask from my fa
Chapter 8: Kidnapped IRIS For a while, my senses came back to me and I realized what I had done. Oh, Moon Goddess! How could I even entertain the idea of being intimate with my mate's brother? I quickly let him go, feeling remorseful for my actions as Charles entered the room. There's no way I could deny this. He saw everything! “It's not what you think, brother!" Anders attempted to explain as he approached Charles, but his words were cut short by a blow to his fac I trembled in fear at the unfolding scene. CHARLES I had always harbored mixed feelings about Iris and Anders since she came to live with us. Their relationship had always puzzled me. The events at dinner only fueled my suspicions, and now, witnessing this, it was clear that there was more to their connection than met the eye. They do have something in common and I can't believe that I made a deal with a whore like her who sleeps around with men ,and not to even do it with my brother. I caught them red-han

Each day brought fresh torment as he subjected me to his cruel whims.Trapped like an animal, I managed to escape his clutches, only to stumble into an even more perilous situation***Returning from a hunt, I found myself suddenly abducted, only to discover my captor was none other than Cole, Carson's son. While admiring the river's serene beauty, I felt a touch around my waist and the thought of Anders came into my mind. But to my utmost dismay, it was Cole, though his demeanor was far from the Cole I once knew.“What do you think you're doing?" I demanded, trying to assert my status as Alpha Charles's mate. “What I probably know you loved. You look really beautiful iris”. I couldn't help but scoff at him. Still pondering how he thought it was okay for him to hold my waist as if I was his lost lover which he was so happy to see. *You do realize I'm married to Alpha Charles rig
Chapter 10Charles: Like Father,Like son. "Charles! What are you doing?" The familiar voice echoed repeatedly as I stirred from my slumber, realising it wwsntya dream. Disoriented, I couldn't even gauge the time I had drifted off. I stumbled towards the door, which had been pounded on relentlessly, probably by Anders, who seemed so impatient "Why didn't you answer the door sooner?" He questioned, his face contorted with anger, dark as a storm cloud. His eyes blazed wit frustration, clearly annoyed by my delayed response."What's up with the rush, Anders? I was contemplating Iris's situation which I dozed off. Why the aggression?" I countered, taken aback by his intensity. I couldn't pondered why he was making such a fuss about Iris's situation. Yes, she had been kidnapped, and I was coming up with a plan to locate her, but I don't appreciate being rushed. His disappointment was palpable. "I can't believe you're speaking like this , brother. This is about Iris. Your mate," he remi
Chapter 11: Escaping Writers POVCole trembled in fear the moment he saw Iris Laying down on the ground, blood streaming from her neck. He glared at his father, who returned a confused gaze while fixing him a deadly, questioning stare. “Did you do this to her? Why isn't she responding?” Cole screeched at his father, his hands on Iris' pulse, desperately checking if she was still alive_ and luckily, she was. “I'm as confused as you are, son. I came to see her, only to find her in this state.”Carson was beyond shocked . He knew what would happen once his son discovered he was behind this. He understood that Cole would be furious for hurting Iris like this, but all he wanted was to teach her a lesson for crossing the line by insulting him and spitting on his face. “I know you're behind this, father, so I'm just warning you: Don't let this repeat itself again!!” Cole uttered and stormed away to call the pack healer so they could treat her.**** Charles POVIt's been a week since my
