SJ looked straight ahead while sitting on the bed, his eyes cold.
“Here’s your drink, babe,” Carmela said sweetly, entering the room with his glass of whiskey. She placed the glass on the bedside table and bent down to his face and giving him a hungry kiss. “I’ll have the tub prep. I’ll call you.”
He watched as she walked towards the bath.
His thoughts drifted back to the scene he had walked into a while ago. He knew about Ellisande staying up late in office. Ever since he knew about the maltreatment she’s been getting, he had one of his bodyguards monitoring her. He had also made sure that those who were involved in the videos were given the punishment they deserved by targeting them through their work performance.

Elli scanned her ID by the door entrance of her department early the following day. She pushed the glass door open carefully, so as not to spill the coffee she had bought along the way. Elli is listening attentively to Florence as they go through her presentation and start assigning the final material finishes as well as the color schemes. SJ is sitting behind his desk, reviewing the contract his secretary had submitted to him for review for Grande’s granddaughter, who she was able to communicate with no hesitation. He placed the contract back on his desk and stared at her for a while as she edited Florence’s suggestion as well as giving her inputs.The two had been working hard on it for more than past two hours. Ellisande opened her eyes the following day at the smell of bacon, wafting through her room. She sat up and looked surprised when she realized that she is on her bed.
