I officially hang up my racer’s uniform. Yesterday was my last day as the main racer for KED. Everybody was a bit disappointed on my decision to retire early. They keep on saying that I am still in my prime and could get more wins in the next few years.
It’s hard for them to understand if I tell them the real reason why I decided to retire early.
The decision was because of those two persons waiting for me back home at the country. I don’t know how it came to be, but suddenly, those two had made my house a home. It’s nice to wake up everyday with the sun hitting through the window and getting up to smell the coffee and hear something frying.
Alyssa became a good cook overtime and I remembered last year during Elli’s birthday her chicken pasta was raved about by Elli’s guests. Elli sat quietly on the couch as she read through the statement that the PR team had prepared for them.
