Adrien's POV:

When I took on the job of being a personal bodyguard for the Crown Prince, I knew it was going to be difficult. I have read many articles on him. Every day there is different news about him being involved in some sort of scandal. I am sure this guy changes his partner faster than one changes his clothes.

Moreover, I have seen him in the media countless times. There is no doubt he is good looking, but seeing him in person is something different. The way his blue eyes shine, his perfect blond hair, flawless skin, the natural tint of his cheeks and those plump lips, nothing about him can be captured by the camera.

There is one more thing that I cannot get out of my head, the way his eyes shine whenever he is flirting with me. He is indeed a royal menace. It's been just a day with him and I am tired. Especially after what happened between us in the morning. I know I have crossed the line. He is a Crown Prince and he is not used to people telling him how bratty he is. Therefore, he snapped. However, the way he choked me, there was nothing threatening about it. In fact, it was something else. That grip was strong enough to keep me in my place but loose enough to give me room to breathe. I felt a tingle in my stomach then.

'What is this?' I found myself questioning my behaviour.

However, after I went to the council meeting with him, I realized why he is such a jerk. Kieran can't even breathe freely. I mean, how would it feel to see that outsiders are sitting together and making decisions for your life?

He was fuming mad as he walked off there and I accompanied him back to his residence but he shut himself in the room. To be honest, I was worried and I couldn't help but ask Bernard about what I should do in situations like this?

"Give him space. Let him come around himself but you should also keep an eye on him. During such times, he becomes more and more rebellious. Who knows what he might do." He sighed, "I should call Dr. Cervan home."

I massaged my temples. He really is a pain in ass but I can't help, but be concerned for him.

Soon, a beautiful lady was sitting in the living room. I know her. She is Dr, Cervan, the therapist for the Crown Prince. She adjusted her glasses on the nose bridge and I had no choice but to go to his room and to get him out of there. I knocked on the door. Once, twice and then again and again but there was no response.

"Your Highness, if you don't open the door now, I will have no choice but to open it forcefully and I am afraid that you will never have a lock for your room." I threatened him and after a few seconds, I heard the ruffling inside the room.

Suddenly, the door flung open. I was nothing but satisfied to see that. However, I halted when I saw his red eyes and his disheveled hair.

"What is it about this time, Vale?" He sounded... tired.

"Umm.." For some reason, I pity his state, "Actually, you have a doctor waiting for you."

He huffed and I expected him to defy me again but he didn't. Before I knew it, he was storming towards the living room and settled in front of the woman.

"I am not insane, but you people will make me. Just give me some room to breathe, for fuck's sake. Is this too much to ask for, Laura?" He was agitated.

"Are you having insomnia again?" She asked and my eyes narrowed at the beautiful man in front of me. I just realized that his eyes were not only red but there were visible dark circles around them as well.

Kieran hid his face behind the palms.

"Did you not take the pills that I prescribed last time?"

"I did. I took them, even more than what you asked me to take, but they are not working. They are making me miserable." He sounded defeated and it did something to my heart. I am not supposed to emphasize with my client, but this time I can't help it.

"Your Highness, you know how dangerous it is to take more sleep pills than prescriptions, right?" She was scared. It was evident on her face while the way her hands shook. She was really worried about him.

"Oh, God." She winced, "Do you want to talk to me about something? Anything that is bothering you? It might help. You might find peace."

"Laura-" He sat next to her and leaned closer. So close that my hands automatically turned into fists. The doctor, she was in a trance. The way she moved back and bit her bottom lip, everything was crystal clear to me and I had this urge to snap her neck like a twig.

"You have been my therapist for 4 years. Have I ever discussed something with you before?" He asked, his brow arched and he was savoring the reaction he was pulling out of her. She was clearly older than him still, he was making her lose control.

"This is the reason why you are not making any progress." She replied in a shaky voice.

"Talking is not something I am good at," He whispered, but I could hear him. Loud and clear. "Why don't you make use of yourself in different ways and get rid of this frustration out of me?"

"I- I can't. This is not professional." She said and started writing on her pad, "I am changing your meds. You should not take what I am prescribing. If they do not work, we can look into other means."

"Other means? I am more than glad to look into them now." He grinned. Can I just gag this man so he will never be able to speak so cockily again?

I saw blush spreading on her cheeks, "No more, no less." She stated again and got up to leave. Although she tried her best to sound normal, when she left the uneven clicking of her heels against the marble floor was clear evidence that she was deeply affected by him.

Kieran plopped onto the couch like all the energy had been drained out of him, but he looked at me, "Did you really have to see me so pathetic?"

"You are not pathetic," I said immediately, almost too fast, and it caused the smile to spread on his cheeks.

"You are adorable."

Adorable? I have always been referred to as a monster, devil, scary but never adorable. He really needs a therapist. No, no but an ophthalmologist.

Something was really wrong with his eyes.

"Ask Bernard to call Damon to our usual place. If I am not with him, I will have nightmares." He commanded and returned to the room. While I could put one and one together. Damon. Usual Place. Nightmares and the frustration which he revealed in front of the doctor earlier.

That must be one of his fuck buddies.

Do I really have to watch him make out with another man now?

I sighed and carried out the orders as per his instructions. Soon, I was standing in the lobby of some 5-star hotel. I was surprised to see that the hotel always has a presidential suite reserved for him. Well, he is the Crown Prince Kieran Gray. The future King of the country.

The second we got inside the private elevator, someone walked in. Without wasting a second, I tried to push the man away, but Kieran's voice stopped me: "That's Damon, Vale. Do not stop him."

I paused and looked up at the man. He was lean and had an athletic build. His muscles were visible through the black shirt which he did not bother to button all the way up.

Bronze skin. Grey eyes. Defined features. Tall. He was indeed handsome.

However, when he saw me, I found him smirking, "Your Highness, I see that your new guard is a stud. It must be difficult to control yourself when you are such a man next to yourself."

"He is not my type-" He said without hesitation, and I had the urge to ask his type, but I kept my mouth shut and glared at this motherfucker Damon.

"You are," Kieran added and pulled him from the collar of his shirt. The man instantly reacted and kissed him hard. They were practically eating each other and I was trying my best not to look at them, but it was difficult with all the sounds they were making. Before I knew it, I was looking straight into Kieran's eyes. He was kissing Damon but looking at me. Trust me, I have never been in a situation like this before. I am as straight as a rod, but there was something hot about the way he looked at me and when he moaned, I cursed myself in the head.

The second elevator opened and we walked out of that tiny space. I let out a sigh of relief.

They went inside the respective rooms and I had to stand guard out there, knowing whatever the dirty things they were doing in there.

It hasn't been more than 10 minutes when I had a notification on my phone. It was from the head of the Royal security.

"Code Red. Get His Highness out of there."

I clenched the phone hard and without thinking about what they might be doing, I barged in there. And when I saw the scene that was unfolding in front of me, I flinched. I regretted every single choice that I have made in my fucking life.

Kieran was laying on the bed while Damon ate his ass. However, they were unfazed by my sudden appearance. "Are you feeling horny, Vale? You are more than welcome to join us. Damon and I do not mind a threesome."

"It's Code Red. We need to leave now." I said, and went to grab his clothes from the floor before I threw them at him.

"Are you kidding me right now? Do you want me to have blue balls?" He pointed at his dick. That was hard. He was not small by any means. Even his cock is beautiful. With the perfect length and girth, the veins on it were almost angry while he was well-shaved down there. Of course, he is prim and proper all the way.

"I don't care." I seethed, "You have 10 seconds to get dressed. Otherwise, I am taking you out of here naked."

"What?" He was dumbfounded but when he saw no hint of humor on my face, he realized that I was hell serious.

"Motherfucker." He cursed me and started dressing up. Damon licked his lips and leaned back. It was a relief that he was dressed. I was really in no mood to look at his genitals.

Soon, I was taking him out of the hotel from the back door. Since it was a Code Red, there was too much danger. We don't know who might pop out from where.

"You are taking care of this hard on later, Vale." He said to me.

I speechlessly looked at him, "I am not paid to do such stuff."

He smirked, "Money is not the issue here."

I made him sit inside the car and the second I was about to get in, I felt something graze my forearm.

"ADRIEN!!" Kieran shouted and without a further due, I pulled out the pistol from my waist.

"This is a sniper shot. Take him out of here. NOW." I growled at the driver.

"What about you?" Fuck! I saw his blue eyes drowning in fear. "You are coming with me." He pulled me in.

"You are bleeding." His hands were shaking as he applied pressure on the fresh wound.

"I am fine, Your Highness." I assured him but my heart stopped beating the second I found him crying.

  • Bratty Prince And The Bodyguard    Chapter 253

Kieran's POV:I didn’t say anything, just stared at him. Then a small, private smile tugged at the edge of my lips. The kind that belonged only to him. “I feel safe with you,” I whispered, almost like a confession. He brushed my thumb along my cheek. “Good. Because you are.” The silence that followed wasn’t awkward. It wasn’t tense. It felt like the calm after a war. Peaceful and something we have earned. His breathing slowed, syncing with mine again. I pressed a kiss to his forehead and whispered against his skin, “You are mine now. In every way.” “I have always been yours,” he replied softly. Adrien held me tighter from behind, his chin resting lightly on my shoulder, the weight of his arms grounding me in a way nothing else ever could. I could feel the steady rhythm of his heart against my back, and it soothed something deep inside me. The kind of ache I hadn’t even realized I had been carrying. “You remember the first time we stood on a balcony like this?” he murmured, brea

  • Bratty Prince And The Bodyguard    Chapter 252

Kieran's POV:I felt the burn behind my eyes and immediately blinked it away. He walked off the platform. Walked straight to me. Right through the crowd, parting like the damn Red Sea. “I never thought I would be standing here like this,” he said, approaching. “Not just as the head of an empire. Not as a guard. But as a man who’s found his home in someone else.” And then… he knelt. Gasps rippled through the crowd. Cameras flashed and my entire heart slammed against my chest. Adrien knelt on one knee, holding out a black velvet box. Inside it sat a ring, a simple platinum band with a single black diamond in the center. Bold, elegant and unmistakably us. My heart stopped beating. “Kieran,” he said, voice a little shaky now. “Will you marry me?” I stared at him while everything else blurred. The cameras. The people. The music. They were gone. It was just him. My Adrien. On his goddamn knee. Then, without thinking, I dropped down to my knees too. Grabbed his stupid perfect face i

2 years later:Kieran's POV: The sky was painted in shades of gold and lavender, the kind of dusk that seemed too perfect to be real. Below it, the royal gardens buzzed with quiet excitement and a charity gala held on palace grounds, complete with string lights, live music, and champagne towers. Ca

  • Bratty Prince And The Bodyguard    Chapter 250

Adrien's POV: He grabbed my shirt, dragging me toward the bed with a grin that was far too self-assured. He pushed me, not hard, but enough to get his point across. I landed on the mattress with a laugh. “Alright then,” I said, folding my hands behind my head, amused. “Impress me, prince.” He climbed over me, straddling my hips. “I plan to.” The next few minutes were a blur of heat. His hands roamed like he had been fantasizing about this all night. His kisses were possessive, deep as it left no room to breathe. He pressed me into the mattress, his thigh pushing between mine, grinding and coaxing sounds out of me I didn’t mean to give. But then he started really testing his limits. Kieran slid a hand down my chest, nails scratching slightly, and muttered against my neck, “You look better beneath me than I imagined.” I laughed hard. “Bold words, your highness.” “I am not done,” he warned, dragging his teeth across my jaw. “You better stay still.” “Or what?” He nipped my collar

Adrien’s POV:The moment the car doors shut behind us, I let out a breath I hadn’t realized I had been holding all damn night. Kieran's POV:“You speak with great faith in him,” my mother finally said, the edges of her mouth twitching upward. “I do,” Adrien replied, sliding his hand behind my back with a warmth I hadn’t realized I needed. “Because I have seen him in rooms where men have begged. But he doesn’t fold. He leads.” My father gave a grunt that might’ve been approval. And my mother, to her credit, only nodded. “That’s good to hear.” I swallowed. My jaw clenched tighter than I wanted to admit, and I looked away for a beat before clearing my throat. “We are not in a hurry for that,” I said quietly. “The future will come when it does.” She placed a hand on my shoulder as we stepped out of the dining room. “I know, sweetheart. But the world is watching. And you are both leaders now. They will always ask whether it’s fair or not.” “I have been asked worse,” I muttered. “Like when the press wanted to know if I cried at the coronation because of ‘emotional growth’ or just the humidity.” Adrien snorted
