Today was one of those days when my mind had complete power over me. To be honest, the intrusive thoughts wouldn’t stop eating me alive every second. Every time I felt it was the right moment to talk, something held me back. Fear, guilt, or that persistent little voice telling me, “Not yet. Just wait a little longer.” As if I were waiting for the perfect moment.

The problem was… there was no perfect moment. I was never really going to feel ready to tell him the truth.

But that night… I couldn’t wait any longer. Something inside me said that tonight, everything would change forever.
