Author's pov

Another bullet hit Pawan who was trying to call his other gang members as his boss was shot . Two more bullets and they both were on the ground.

Anirudh walked towards Antara and covered her with his jacket after untying her hands and legs. He did not say anything to get it. He just checked her from head to toe and did not miss her swollen cheek.

"Anjali?" he asked and she pointed towards the room where Anjali was and he left to find her

Immediately a few of Anirudh's men came there and caught everyone who was present outside.

Antara was sitting on the bed only hugging Anirudh's jacket tightly.

Anjali came out with Anirudh and hugged Antara tightly. She was still shaking in fear, so was Antara.

"Nothing is there to be feared, everything is fine. You are safe." Anirudh said and patted Anjali's head

"Are you fine jaan?" Anirudh asked and Antara slowly looked up and nodded yes

Though she is anything but fine she can not take any risk of provoking him by any means.
