FAZER LOGINIn the townhouse, Desmond is looking at Xavier smugly. "You like that girl, Xavier?" he inquired in a tone which Xavier is all too familiar with. This is the same tone Desmond uses when Xavier does things that Desmond doesn't approve of. Desmond would make sure that Xavier wouldn't ever like them. "If anything happens to her, if I don't find her soon, then mark my words, I will destroy the Knights," Xavier vowed. He is angry, and he meant everything he said. Desmond turned furious. "You will destroy the Knights? Are you joking? Without the Knights, you are nothing. People respect you and recognize you as a Knight. The moment I kick you out, your worth will become zero. You think someone like you, who is living and breathing because of the Knights, can destroy our generations of legacy for a mere useless woman? Don't you think you are being stupid?" Desmond snapped. Xavier started laughing. He shook his head. "What? Am I nothing without the Knights? Looks like you are delusio
Iris was sitting stiffly as she was held at gunpoint. Chase is sitting beside her with a gun pointing at her head. Someone whom she felt she had seen before in the Knights' residence is driving the car. An hour ago, when she just locked her door, creating an illusion that she was safe. But her illusion was shattered when her door was suddenly unlocked from the outside. Chase roughly pushed the door open. He looked livid. "Let me show you where Sara is," he muttered. Iris was worrying about Sara when he brought her up. She wanted to make sure Sara is safe. After all, it was because of her that Sara fell into this mess. But Chase didn't give her any other option. He didn't even stop until she could get up from the floor. He roughly grabbed her by her elbow and dragged her out and down the stairs. He pulled her along into the basement, where Iris indeed saw Sara. "Sara," Iris whispered as tears started to pool in her eyes. "Iris," Sara rushed to hug Iris. Chase let Iris go. He wen
"You think Desmond Knight controls the Knights? You are delusional, just like the old man," she said with a smile that felt like it was empty, as if she wanted to really laugh at these delusional people around her. Only she knows who calls the shots for the Knights. Desmond Knight is just a puppet whom Xavier is using for the time being. "Iris, stop lying to yourself. Xavier is not coming for you. Only I love you enough to risk everything for you. He will not go against his grandfather. I can understand that this might be hard for you. Take it easy. But tomorrow, you are signing those divorce papers," he gave her an ultimatum. She shook her head at his stupidity. "Chase, run while you still can. If I am not wrong, he must be already close by, if not already here. That man is crazy when it comes to me. You don't have a clue how much. You would regret this, and so will Desmond Knight," she replied confidently before she turned back and walked back inside the room where she woke up.
4 hours away from Chelsington, in a remote town, there is a bungalow which belongs to the Knights. This townhouse is like a holiday house for the Knights. But now, Desmond is using it to hide Iris from Xavier. He promised to save Chase from Xavier. He assumed that Xavier wouldn't make a fuss. After all, he was always obedient. But little did Desmond know that Xavier's obedience was a mask he wore to fool the Knights. Inside that townhouse, on the first floor, inside the master bedroom, Iris is seen lying on the bed unconscious. Chase was seen sitting beside her, watching her. The way she breathes, the way her lashes fold when her eyes are closed, the way her lips part, and everything else. He is not touching, but the way he is watching her is disturbing and violating her. "Iris, darling. Finally, you are mine. In this town, so far from Chelsington, you are all mine. Xavier Knight is not going to come this time. His own grandfather is supporting me," Chase spoke to her sleeping form
Xavier arrived at Sara's apartment half an hour after his call with Iris. "Boss, we found that only half the video of the incident was posted. There is more." Luis informed Xavier while they made their way upstairs. "Post it and make sure this stays on the top," Xavier replied. "Yes, boss," Luis replied, and texted someone. The other half was posted a second later. Xavier froze when he saw Sara's apartment door wide open. It gave him a bad feeling. "Why is the door open?" Luis felt it too. "Iris?" Xavier hurriedly went inside and checked every room. But they found none. Iris's mobile was seen on the coffee table, and so was another mobile. Might be Sara's. "Boss?" Luis looked as puzzled as Xavier. There is no sign of struggle anywhere. Just an unsettling stillness. Xavier sniffed the air. The faintest smell of chloroform was still lingering in the air. Xavier found drops of drying liquid near the entrance. "Call the secretary team. I want Monroe online, immediately." Xav
In Sara's apartment, Iris looked at the now-trending video in horror. Someone recorded Chase trying to take her away. They didn't post the full video in which Iris clarified that she has no relationship with Chase. Just the first part, where Chase is forcing her to come with him and demanding an explanation for their imaginary 2-year friendship, which he conveniently named a relationship. He wanted to date her, but she refused. Because she knows Jones wouldn't agree. But Chase was persistent. He asked her to be his friend. She agreed, because he refused to take 'No' for an answer. Giana kept targeting her the entire time, while Chase was conveniently absent every time. He never acknowledged his feelings in front of everyone. He was dragging her along, waiting to see what happened. "This is a mess. I disappointed Xavier again. He might have to hear things from his grandfather. I feel so guilty," Iris whispered with tears in her eyes. The comments underneath that video were all call
