Chapter 67

Blame

MY whole body was HEAVY and my eyelids were heavy when I slowly opened my eyes. I want to move but my arms and legs are really heavy. I can also feel the dryness of my stomach and my thirst.

I forced my hands to move when I saw someone with his head on the side of my bed. I feel its grip on my palm.

I moved my palm and tried to wake him up with that. He moved as if careless. I swallowed when I recognized who was next to me.

He opened his eyes and looked at me. His spirit suddenly woke up when he saw that I was awake.

"Aurora? Finally, you are awake..." he pressed something on the side of my bed. "Sweetheart, are you okay? How are you feeling? Would you like something to eat or drink?"

I just stared at him as he kissed my palm sweetly. I have no urge to answer back because I still feel weak.
