Chapter 3: His Beauty

The guests, whether standing or sitting, had expressions of disdain, amusement, or pure curiosity. Only one person, with his head lowered, calmly played with his phone as if the scene before him had nothing to do with him.

From Vivienne's perspective, she could see the near-perfect profile of the man: a straight nose, jet-black hair falling over his smooth forehead due to his lowered head, and his eyes concealed. Even so, she could still sense that he was an incredibly handsome man.

The familiar side profile caused Vivienne's body to stiffen suddenly.

The manager beside her said, "Vivienne, quickly serve the guests their drinks."

Before Vivienne could respond, the man who had been casually playing with his phone suddenly raised his head and looked in her direction.

A refined face, a clean jawline, and the eyes hidden beneath his bangs—beautiful like a blooming white lotus. In the dim light, they seemed to be shrouded in a trance, then transformed into a focused gaze, like a net enveloping her entire body.

In that moment, Vivienne felt a chilling sensation running through her limbs.

The manager urged her in a low voice, "Stop standing there like a statue!"

"What's the matter? Do you think three bottles of wine will make up for it?" A robust man blocked Vivienne's path, picked up one of the bottles of wine, leisurely pulled out the cork, and poured it over Lily's head.

Splash! Splash!

The private room instantly filled with the rich aroma of red wine. Lily's head, face, and body were drenched in crimson liquid. But Lily was too scared to even cry.

As the man prepared to pour the second bottle of wine over Lily, Vivienne spoke up, "That's enough. Even if she offended you before, she must have learned her lesson by now."

"What? You want to play the hero?" The man holding the bottle sneered. He changed the direction of the wine and it was about to be poured towards Vivienne.

In the next moment, a figure had already rushed to Vivienne's side.

Splash!

The red liquid, like fresh blood, splashed onto the pure white suit and that exquisite face. It streamed down the jet-black hair, covering the entire face, making the already fair complexion even paler.

Alluring yet stunning, silent yet captivating!

The private room fell into complete silence.

"Vivi, long time no see." The thin lips curved into a faint smile as the indifferent and proud man greeted her, seemingly disregarding his current sorry state.

There were gasps all around.

"Asher, do you know her?" The man who was about to pour wine on Vivienne, now pale-faced, looked at Asher standing before him. His hand holding the bottle trembled uncontrollably. Who could have imagined that the third young master of the Montgo family would suddenly step forward to shield a woman from a bottle of wine?

However, what surprised him even more was when Asher turned around, half-lowered his gaze, and took a few steps forward. He reached out and firmly grabbed the man's wrist. The bottle slipped from the man's hand and shattered into pieces on the floor. The man's face contorted in pain. "Ouch! Let go, it hurts!"

"Does it hurt?" A calm tone that sent chills down one's spine, "Then, if I were to break this hand, you would feel even more pain, wouldn't you?"
