Inside the car, the atmosphere was somewhat silent. Elaine lowered her head, lost in her thoughts, while Aaron glanced at her several times, noticing the wound on her face that had reopened. He suddenly felt agitated and slammed the steering wheel, speaking in a harsh tone, "It seems like the medical skills of the Smith family aren't that great."

"What?" Elaine glanced at him, seeing that he was only staring at the wound on her left cheek. She suddenly understood and looked out the window, curling her lips. It wasn't that Sylvia's medical skills were bad, and the slightly hot cup of coffee certainly wouldn't have caused her wound to reopen. It was intentional. They both had to be unhappy for her to feel at ease.
