37. Two steps back

"Yes, it's good. Niece-in-law, you are awesome."

Lia laughed at that. She felt that she seemed to start liking them. She now understood that there was both good and bad in people. You can't arbitrarily judge them. As long as they seek improvement, it's good.

"You can make some notes and a plan. I will study it and make some changes. When it's all good, we can start."

The three of them cheered. Lia felt that it was the first time the three of them agreed on something without fighting. It was good.

Lia cut their connection and smiled.

She got up from her bed and sat before the desk. She couldn't go to them without knowing anything, right?

She started her research. She knew her mother was good at this. She could have asked her mother but that meant losing her vest. That was dangerous and it wasn't something she was willing to see.
