38. Unexpected

The more you avoid, the more it haunts you. Something like this always happens. There's also Murphy's law. It finally happened.

Lia and Aster were undercover. They found a lead and they had to investigate.

The lead was actually a young girl. She seemed younger than Aster but older than Lia.

She was the sister of the shooter who had attacked Lia and Aster in their exhibit. As the clues were cut when they checked, they had to find different angles to investigate.

This time they decided to go meet the suspect unintentionally. Like undercover.

The girl worked in a themed restaurant.

And the theme happened to be lovers. What a coincidence, right?

Lia and Aster had dressed up. Aster didn't need to because his work uniform was formal. But Lia had to change to his wife Lia so she had to wear makeup and use a disguise.

The party at the restaurant was in full swing. The couples were being really intimate according to Lia. Because they were dancing real close.
