Brothers are annoying creatures. He was talking nonstop about the coffee shop guy. Personally, Lia was all about gossip. But she was the person involved so she felt mildly guilty and faintly irritated listening to his chattering narration. She should be very happy to hear stuff about Aster considering how much he was working her constantly but it wasn't the case.

Thankfully their mother was the epitome of perfect and she put a stop to this.

She hit his head with a newspaper. Lia chuckled seeing his wronged look.

She rolled her eyes at him. He wasn't getting any help from her. He was in for a long lecture anyway. His grades were falling way deep into the sea level. And he skipped the class today too.
