CHAPTER 29

Our flight was quiet until we arrived at a resort in Batangas.

I was immediately taken aback when I got out of the car. From my place I could see the very colorful sea, as if it had its own life as well as the environment.

For some reason, I felt peace.

"Do you like it?" he asked from behind.

"Yes" I admit. I will look like a liar if I deny that.

Along with the strong breeze I opened my arms. I closed my eyes and felt the quiet atmosphere.

It was a long time when the last time I went to the beach. Ayesha and I were so busy at work and with the kids that we almost never thought of going on vacation somewhere.

When I come back son. I'll show you around.

I slowly opened my eyes and just smiled at the thought that the next time I returned to this place, my companion would be my son.

"Beautiful as always" he said so I looked at him.
