POV(FREYA)

Was it all a lie?

I decided to close my eyes after an hour of doing nothing, but the door flung open again. Oh God, is this even a VIP ward when I have no privacy, it's everyone barging in every now and then without knocking.

And there she was, a tangerine looking nurse. She had very tiny ears that stood out like an elf's, red or should I say pink?

I was studying her face too much while she checked my condition, I used to be so full of life too. But now? The moment I get a little bit weak, I pass out.

The hospital must be sick of me already, and it's always this room. This same room, furnished to feel like home but it doesn't. Alan did his best with the green by the window side, he thinks I don't notice it but I do.

Even to the most little detail, from the little kitchen napkin lying on the comfy couch. I know he did all that.

But spending much time here did little to the effect it had on me, it felt like I've forgotten an important piece of my memories. Like
