{Ciril’s POV}

[ ~ Three Days Later ~ ]

It felt like the days were jumping by.

And for some reason, it felt like the burden on me was getting lighter as the days went.

And finally, it felt like I was making improvements with Prince Landon.

Just three days ago, I had met him in the fields, after the Guirgon Moon Orientation and I had discovered something after making a couple of risky interrogations.

He didn’t hate me so much as to want to inflict physical pain on me.

This meant something.

Right?

I had felt like it meant something but then I wasn’t sure. But then, just yesterday, I had confirmed that that instance had meant something as Prince Landon had asked for my audience in the courtyard.

After I had gone to meet him there, he had told me that he wanted me to be one of the maids serving at the Banquet the next day— today.
