Casey Allen Peterson felt like little more than a fool as he moved about the deep woods in search of the place he'd once found Rick caged by the bastard that had sired them both in the ways of the beast blood. He had not known why he'd been out in the dark looking for an old bastard he'd sooner do without seeing or speaking to but instinct had driven him to seek out the answers to his constant internal questions. He had been having strange visions ever since he'd been infected by the oversized brute and he had been unable to make sense of them ever since.
