I watch Sophie fix her hair in the mirror for the millionth time and feel myself smile even through the nervousness that pumped in my blood both because of how beautiful she looked and also because of what was about to happen.
It wasn't the first time but I couldn't bring myself to not worry about going up to the stage and speak in front of at least hundred people that were invited to the summit I had willingly asked to be a part of. "Nathan," He greeted Mr.Kim back with a mischievous glint in his eyes and I knew all too well that Mr. Min was very good at provoking people without even letting it affect him in the slightest. He was quite a smart man, almost as smart as Mr. Kim himself."Why do you people like to annoy me?", he asked in a hard tone and my eyes widened. He was never cold to Mr. Min and he too knew that Mr. Min wasn't the one who was at fault."Why are you getting annoyed? "Oh? That's good to hear Mr. Jung, I haven't met Jimin in quite some time," I said folding my hands in front of me. He nodded curtly with a faint smile on his beautiful face."He's been eager to hang out with you too, I remember how you both used to play around with Yeon while we three practiced together. Ah, it feels like such a long time when it's only been a year. Can I ask you something?", I said softly stroking his back as I spoke."Yes Miss Sophie, you can ask me anything," I hummed zoning out and rested the side of my face on top of his head slightly leaning against it."How are you? And I don't wanna hear 'I'm fine, what would happen to me'," I said mocking his deep denying tone and he chuckled softly starting to speak."Honestly? I'm miserable.
