CHAPTER SIXTY SEVEN

Tremont received the call in the morning, the investigator he had hired had just called. 

Tremont's brows were drawn together, the man said he had discovered something huge that inquired Tremont's presence. 

Tremont stepped into the diner, it was quite early in the morning, so there were no customers present, it didn't take him long to locate Daniel. 

"What did you find out that you were about to tell me?" He spoke after exchanging a nod of greetings with the investigator. 

"He will give answers to all your questions." Daniel pointed and for the first time since he walked in, Tremont realized another man's presence. 

The man who was laying carelessly on one of the empty tables was haggard-looking, a half-drunk bottle of alcohol swung in his hands.
