A New Friend

Claire glanced at the clock and it said 7:06. Her eyes widened, she had slept for three hours! She wondered if it was the drugs that made her sleep that long. Her stomach growled in hunger and she realized it was time for dinner.

She stood up from the comfy bed. She swayed a little but caught herself before she could fall. She walked out of the room not bothering to change her clothes. She wondered if her mates were back from where they went to. She yawned and ran her her fingers through red curls.

She wandered down the hallway that her mates had led her through when they were showing her to her room. She walked down the stairs and rose a brow as an unfamiliar scent hit her nose. She followed the scent and saw a girl typing away on her phone in the living room.

Who is she?

As if noticing a presence behind her, she turned around and jumped to her feet. Her eyes widened as she saw Claire.

“H-hi, Luna. I didn't see you there…” She trailed off as her cheeks tinted pink. “I'm Elena.”
