"Luna Anaïs" I turned around at the sound of my name and found Paenoe standing behind me. My mood plummeted and my stomach churned as the events of the Quiche came rushing back to me. But I held it all in and composed myself as I could feel the eyes of the other hybrids on me.

"Paenoe" I said in a plain tone. I saw Paenoe sigh and shake his head a little.

"I see you have chosen not to show me respect" he said but I interrupted him.

"Do not patronize me Paenoe. I'm not the one who chose not to show you respect, you and your people lost the privilege of being treated with respect the second you let all those werewolves die" I said through gritted teeth. I know I said I'd maintain my composure but try and put yourself in my shoes and you'll know how I was feeling.

"I understand that you're angry Luna Anaïs" he started again but I interrupted him once more as I was unable to listen to the bull coming out of his wretched mouth.

"Oh please Paenoe, you could never understand how I feel. You
