Chapter Nineteen
Chapter 19
*Richard Carter POV *
I was announcing my children to my pack tonight and I could not be any prouder in this moment. As we waited, I looked to my pack. We were a large pack, and I was excited to have my children join me by my side. Joann took Penny to one of our many trees that have hidden clothes to change. Since she could not talk in wolf form her introduction would be made in human form.
I know Penny and Jacob will be well received in the pack; they must be, after all I am the alpha. I will kick anybody’s ass that messes with my children, especially Penny. Penny came around the trees with Joann looking just like her mother at that age even if she was wearing clothes that were too big. I guess we do need to put female clothing out here to hide; those sweatpants and oversized t-shirt do not do her justice.

Chapter 21 Oh my goodness I'm so excited. I did not sleep nearly enough last night. I may need a cup of coffee and I don’t even like coffee. I hope the adrenaline will keep me going. The last thing I need is to fall asleep on the first day of school. Over the weekend we had a small party for mine and Jacobs sixteen birthdays. Jacob and I got new cars for our birthday. Chapter 22 I spent first period writing notes with Kris. He was becoming my new best friend. He was seventeen had messy dirty blond curly hair that was medium in length. Chapter 23 Bobby spun me around so fast I became dizzy. My knees gave out on me and I was about to fall to the ground. But Bobby had his muscular arms around my waist hold me up. Chapter 24 I had all but my first class with Angel and Bobby. I was going to see them all day now and I did not know if this was good or a bad thing. Angel is my best friend and Bobby is my mate and I'm suppose I should get to know him. But they are all very distracting. I think I was so good in school before because I had no friends only Jacob. I spent most of my time with my head in my books. You can accomplish a lot when you don’t have friends or a social life. Now I don’t get to see Jacob at all during the day until our last class that that was physical education, or the torture gym Angel calls it. We were currently sitting in fourth period, which is art. Chapter 25 After art class with Mrs. Ruiz as our teacher I was ready for the day to end. I was so tired of Angels new attitude, and most of all I was tired of talking it was making my head hurt. I never had to have so many conversations my brain was not used to this. I have never used my link so much in one day with so many people. I found out later in art class Mrs. Ruiz didn’t bother waking Cody for sleeping in class. Turns out she is a member of our pack, and she knew Cody. Chapter 26 Bobby and I walked in silence down the schools hallways and out to the waiting limo. David was waiting there and opened the door for us to enter. I looked around and wondered why Jacob was not with us; my dad must have known what I was thinking because he spoke up.“Jacob will be fine. Chapter 27 Bobby sat outside my bedroom door for over half an hour before he started to talk to me. He wanted me to open the door.
