Chapter Twenty

Chapter 20

            After our run with the pack I was amped up. I was so full of energy I would never be able to sleep tonight. I sat with Jacob in his room going over the events of the night. He was just as shocked as I was about how big the pack really was. There were hundreds of wolves out there. He had told me how intimidated he was when he walked up to a bigger wolf then him.

‘Jacob. Did you touch or rub up agents any of the pack members and get an electric shock.’  I questioned my brother.

‘Do you mean like when we were kids and used to walk on the carpet with socks and shock each other?’ He asked me back.

‘Yes, just like that. I got shocked by one of them. What do you think that means?’ I asked my brother.

‘I don’t know, but you should ask dad. Maybe it’s nothing. But just in case you should ask him
