Chapter 45: Fighting out

My temper proved to be as short as Sam's when it came to me being locked up. I normally was a chilled out person, much calmer than Satan himself. But locking me up is where I drew the line.

"LET!" Kick. "ME!" Kick. "OUT!" Kick.

The carriage shook every time I kicked the door, which didn't give at all. There was a crack in it! How could it not split further!

The window was too small to climb through. The door was locked. I had nothing to use. The only thing I had on me was an empty plate, an empty glass, the clothes I was wearing and the weapons on my body.

Bloody hell, I was becoming as dumb as some of the demons here.

I pulled out Sam's knife from my waistband, appreciating the irony of using his weapon, and jammed it right into the crack of the door. Leaning back, I braced myself with two hands and kicked the end of the knife with all my strength. "AAAAAH!" I shouted, driving the knife into the wood. It split wide open.
