My brain freezes for a moment, processing the new voice.

"W-who is it?" I ask, I gulp down some saliva through my sudden dry throat. I widen my legs in a running stance and steady my heartbeat.

'Just don't panic Celeste' I repeat these words in my mind.

I look around slowly, trying to look past the trees, being a werewolf we can see in the dark but definitely not past objects.

"Answer me!" I hiss angrily, I could feel a building headache and anger rising within me.

"What is the Luna doing all alone in this forest without her guards?" the voice taunts, I try to navigate the location of the voice but it seem like it's echoing from all directions.

"The Luna isn't a coward like you who hides behind people or objects, I face my own problems and enemies head on" I taunt the voice back, I was trying to rile up the person for them to come
