"What is it?", he asked concern in his eyes.

"My father is in hospital", I said bursting into tears. To my surprise, he hugged me and I didn't care that he was my enemy. I wanted someone to hold me I was falling apart.

"I want to see him", I managed to say.

"We will be leaving right away", he said soothing me. I concentrated on breathing. I didn't want to have a panic attack when my father needed me. He made the calls for our flight.

We reached the hospital and there was Mrs Singh our housekeeper as well as Lisa. Even though he had been cruel to them both they cared for him and he will realise it today.

"How is he?", I asked.

"Mrs Singh found him struggling to breathe. She called the ambulance. The doctors say that it was a minor attack", she said.

"Oh god!", I said.

"Can we see him?", I asked desperately.

"Not yet. But he is showing progress according to that nurse", she said pointing out to a random nurse. She smiled at us.
