Chapter Nineteen

Elora’s POV

The Alpha King kept silent for a while. He just stood there, looking at me without a single expression on his face. If there was one thing that Dominic was good at, that was hiding his emotions. That is If he really had one.

Finally, he decided to clear the air. “I was informed that Alpha Lucian took one of the omegas from the palace. As the Alpha King, I need to get to the bottom of that.”

But I knew that there was more to it than his mouth was stating. While he was good at hiding his feelings, he wasn’t very good at hiding his body language. Dominic kept on caressing the back of his head while breaking eye contact with me. And if what I see was not a product of my hallucination, I even saw his face change to flashing red for the first time.

And I think Arwen saw that too. ‘Our mate was blushing!’ she shouted at the back of my mind.

Hearing that, I smiled. ‘He was, and I find it cute.’
