Chapter 28

I have finally made the hardest decision in my life. I am not leaving Devyn’s bathtub. I am completely and irrevocably in love with it. It’s so huge that I can run around. The warm bubble bath that covers my body soothes all of my muscle aches. His bathroom is mega huge and luxurious.

I inhale his expensive bubble bath soap. I smile and grin. I love this life!

As my mild travels in amazement on this wondrous place, I soft knock on the bathroom door startle me.

“Betsy? Are you done there?” I hear Devyn’s voice from the outside. “Come out now. Let’s have dinner.”

“Yes! Give me five more minutes!” I shout as I pop another bubble.

“You already said that about an hour ago,” says Devyn in a playful tone.

“Okay. Uh . . . two minutes?” I say and blows another bubble from my legs. I am so comfortable. I can live here. I don’t have a bathtub in the apartment because my bathroom is too small for it to even fit.
