When I stepped through the doorway into the mess hall, I was met with a cacophony of sound. Everyone was huddled in one corner, their eyes focused on the scene that was playing out in front of them. I could smell the pungent aroma of power radiating from the figure in the center of the room. Alpha waves, strong and confident, seemed to be emanating from her in a powerful force. I could feel their intensity, even from across the room.

I strode towards the crowd and they all stepped away, creating a path. Her brunette friend was filled with dread, petrified of what her friend was about to do. Nobody could blame her after the way Evangeline had ruthlessly smashed Daruka’s skull against the unforgiving wall, the sickening thud echoing through the room. Blood stained the wall against which Daruka’s head had been slammed.
