GETTING HIM OUT OF MY HEAD

LILY'S POV

“Professor we shouldn't be doing this” I said my voice a breathy whisper

Professor Adrian lifted me unto the desk as he planted gentle kisses on my neck.

“ But this is what you wanted Lily” he said as his dark brown eyes pierced into mine.

“ I know but what if we get caught.” I said as i tried to come off the desk.

“Don't try to run away Lily” He said as his hands roamed down.

“Look what you've done to me, you need to take responsibility.” He added as his hands roamed on my thighs before he slipped them under my skirt.

I immediately shot out of bed. It was a dream. A really vivid dream. Why would have such a dream in the first place. It was so intimate.

I walked to the bathroom and splashed water on my face. As I looked in the mirror, the image from my dream flashed across my vision. I jolted back in shock.

Now I see why girls were warned about Professor Adrian. Once you think of this there is no going back till you get rejected.

I sat on my bed and picked up my phone it was just 7pm. It wasn't to late for a stroll.

Audrey suddenly walked in with a girl beside her.

“ Hi Lily, oh you don't look so good”

“ I had a bad dream” I said as I got up from bed

“ Sorry about that, This is my friend Maya” Audrey said as Maya stretched out her hand for a hand shake.

“ We're going for a party this night, a senior invited us”

“ Do you know the senior”

“ Who cares it's a good opportunity to meet potential friends with benefits.”

This girl was full of surprises.

“ Do you want to come?” Audery askes as she smiled at me.

Well i really needed something to make me forget about the dream I just had. Not only that but everything i had thought about before I slept.

I needed to forget about Professor Adrian.

“ I'll come,” I said as Audrey and Maya screamed in excitement.

I raided my wardrobe till I found my short black mini dress and my black boots. I looked in the mirror after I did my makeup and exhaled.

I was going to forget everything about Professor Adrian tonight, one way or another. As we made our way downstairs, I took out my phone and texted Kayla.

“ Going to a party, I will text you when I get back to my dorm.” I sent the message as I shoved my phone into my purse.

When we got to the party the place was packed with college girls and frat boys.

Before we could walk in deeper Audrey grabbed my hand.

“ You look tensed”

“ Oh it's alright, I just need to blow off some steam that's all”

“ And how do you intend to do that”

“Well either I drink till I can't stand or…”

“ Have a one night stand,” Audrey said before I could finish speaking.

“I was going to say get high on drugs but I guess that works too”

“ Hey, I know the perfect guy for you, trust me.”

Audrey took my hand and led me towards a blonde guy with green eyes.

“Hi Marcus” Audrey said

“ Oh Hi Audrey, who's the lovely lady” Marcus said as he leaned to look at me

“This is my roommate Lily and I need you to take good care of her.”

Marcus looked at me up and down, as a slow smile crept up his face. It gave me goosebumps but I was not going to ruin the mood over something so trivial right?.

Audrey pressed my hand before she let go, disappearing into the crowd with Maya.

Great, now I was left alone in a party where the only person I knew was lost in a crowd and I was left with just her creepy friend.

“So Lily, do you drink?” Marcus asked as he grabbed the whisky bottle from the counter.

“Sometimes”

“So it means you have a low tolerance huh”

“ Well I guess you could say that.”

Marcus nodded slowly as a smile spread across his face. That same creepy smile that made my skin crawl. He poured me a drink.

I watched him pour it so it was safe. I tried talking to Marcus after that but it seemed like he was more interested in talking about himself.

Apparently his parents own a yacht and he was the host of this party cause it was just one of his parents houses. He kept on talking about this that it started to feel like he was repeating himself.

“ Oh I need to use the bathroom” it was an excuse but anything to walk away from this obnoxious conversation.

He led me upstairs to a room.

“The bathroom is inside the room” he said as he smiled at me.

I walked into the bathroom and pulled out my phone. It was the first time I had pulled it out since I got to the party. There were spam messages from Kayla.

“A party?, why? with who?”

She was worried about me yes but she would want to say I told you so once anything goes wrong.

I put the phone back into my purse and walked out of the bathroom. I found Marcus standing in the middle of the room like he was waiting for something.

“ I'm done we can leave” I said as I waited for a response, but he said nothing.

I decided to leave without him, not like I wanted to listen to him brag anyways. As I got to the door. Marcus grabbed my hand and pulled me back.

“ And where do you think your going Lily” Marcus said his eyes lingering along my body.

“Let go of me Marcus” I said as I tried to pull my hands free.

“ Oh stop it Lily. Stop playing hard to get, I noticed how you have been looking at me”

“ Yes, and I have been looking at you with disgust Marcus”

“ Really, let's see if you'd still be disgusted when I'm through with you.”

Marcus suddenly pinned my wrists to the wall using one hand and used the other to rub my thighs. I felt bile rising in my throat as I tried to scream but nothing worked.

As I my vision began to blur from anxiety, the door swung open and Audrey's voiced boomed into the room.

“ Get your hands of her “ Audrey said as she marched towards Marcus and swung her leather bad at him.

Her shouting drew a crowd and people gathered to watch.

“ Hey, Audrey chill we were just having fun.”

“ It's only fun when both parties are happy, she was about to pass out and you get going.”

“ Stop yelling we can handle this quietly” Marcus said as he stepped forward trying to make Audery back down.

She stood her ground as she helped me regain my balance.

“ You're disgusting Marcus, only God knows how many girls you've done this to without being caught either.”

Audrey pushed past the crowd as Maya rushed towards us at the door. By then my vision had already blurred and I was relying on a string of consciousness to stay awake.

Till the world around me went black
