“I didn’t know that my favorite niece was going to be paying me a visit today,” Cami chirped, opening her arms wide as Helena ran into them.

Cami's eyes met mine, widening like saucers, and blinking rapidly, though she remained silent. The tilt of her head told me that she was not going to ignore the thoughts running rampant in her mind.
