He came in with his men yelling songs of victory and battle cries as he kicked the door open, his long coat swirling around him. He looked like a peacock on display as he strutted over to where I stood with a warm smile on my face, his eyes dancing around the room. The moment our eyes connected he beamed back at me, reaching out a hand. "My Queen” he announced to his men who cheered loudly in agreement as he bowed low to kiss my hand.
