26. The summons

With each passing day, Giovanni was beginning to lose hope about seeing his brother again. He had organized a search party to search the whole of Palermo and so far they had found nothing. Slowly he was starting to believe that his brother was truly dead.

The other family heads were currently on his neck. After his clubhouse was burnt down some months ago, he had closed down trade in the city. Most of the trade done was backhand trade which he decided not to clamp down on.

A knock sounded on the door of his office and he raised his head from the file he was working on. He had spent most of the hours of the past few days since his brother's abduction locked inside his office. The knock sounded on his door again and he groaned before responding.

The door was pushed open and one of his capos stepped in. He had jet black hair with a thick black beard. He had a sharpened jawline and a scar on his left cheek that made him look naturally dangerous.
