87. Meeting the anon.

The hug lasted for more than a minute before they pulled away. They held each other's arms, looking at each other's faces tenderly. A tear slipped down Cielo's face and she wiped it with the back of her palm.

“Are you hurt?” she asked with a cracked voice.

“I'm fine,” he replied calmly. He walked closer to the attacker's car, opened the door, and stared at his face before closing it. He just confirmed that it wasn't Romano who attacked him, so who was he? The face looked strange and foreign. His mind raced in thoughts. Maybe it was the institution. He still had to find out.

“How did you find me?” he asked, returning to where Cielo stood. It still baffled him how she was able to find out where he was, or had she been following him?

“Long story short, I traced your location when you weren't picking up calls. Something seemed off so I decided to come see,” she replied.
