The trap

Royalty had finally given Mercury a very close hint on why he wasn't so keen on fighting him for Cinderella.

Mercury knew how much Royalty was smitten by Cinderella. No matter how terrible he really had been to her, or how much he had tried to hurt Cinderella, it was all a pretense.

Mercury knew how deeply in love Royalty was with Cinderella. He had known Royalty even as a little child, and he had never seen him look at a woman, the way he looked at Cinderella.

Royalty would always look at Cinderella with a lot of pampering in his eyes, and love too. He had said many bad words to Cinderella earlier, but Mercury wasn't as gullible as Cinderella.

He knew all those words couldn't hold waters. They were all rubbish, and Royalty hadn't even meant a single word he had said.

Even when he caught him kíssing Cinderella's lips earlier, Royalty had pretended he had not even a single care, but he had so lied. The big devil had been so jealous, flames were puffing out through his ears.
