Ethan's POV:

"What did Grandma Anita say? Has she agreed to take her drug?" Mom asked me, after I had sent one of her maids to go back upstairs and take care of my grandmother.

"Yes, Mom. Grandma wants me to marry, and I already promised her that I will. But if she kills herself, I will remain single," I said, and my mother's eyes widened in shock at my statement before she frowned.

"Ethan, you wouldn't remain single. You will get married no matter what happens," she said firmly, and I sighed.

"I know. I am tired, Mom. Last night, I spent so much time in the hotel, trying to seal a business deal," I said, as I saw my sister already left the house. She wasn't in the living room with my mother.

"Alright. You can go to your old room to rest. It's still neat," Mom said, to which I sighed and rose to my feet.
